Dine and dance among the finest automobiles in the world at Black Tie Tailgate, a 550,000 square foot display floor located in the newly expanded Pennsylvania Convention Center, where you can get an inside view of everything that the 2012 Philadelphia Auto Show has to offer.
The 2012 Black Tie Tailgate will feature the most unique and comprehensive menu ever and a top shelf bar. Stephen STARR Events will provide culinary creations all under one roof on the floor of the Auto Show. Savor a custom designed menu complete with gluten-free options. Food stations are farm-to-table concepts that will surely please your palate and accommodate everyone’s individual tastes:
• Enjoy a Farm-to-Table Harvest Station complete with carved rib eye steaks, smoked shrimp & white bean salad, crispy confit salad.
• Delight in a Chef’s Table Open Kitchen atmosphere and select from a trio of creamy gourmet mac & cheese.
• Experience a Pacific Rim Tapas Station complete with Korean pork tacos, miso grilled salmon, and Thai chicken & rice salad
